Her remarkable journey is marked by groundbreaking achievements, including her historic appointment as the first Black transgender woman on the Presidential Advisory Council on HIV/AIDS (PACHA)​​​​.


Tori Cooper's career is a testament to her unwavering commitment to marginalized communities. As an HIV health educator at Positive Impact Health Centers in Duluth, she has devotedly worked to disseminate vital health information to those most in need​​. Her role as the Director of Community Engagement for the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's Transgender Justice Initiative further underscores her passion for uplifting and empowering the transgender community​​​​.


As SisterLove's Board Member, Tori's contributions are invaluable. She plays a pivotal role in steering the organization towards achieving its goals, bringing to the table her extensive experience in public health and her profound understanding of the unique challenges faced by the LGBTQ+ and HIV communities​​. Her leadership extends beyond SisterLove, Inc., encompassing notable positions on the boards of the Fulton County Health Department and Clayton County HIV consortium, among others​​.
