Samson Oloade, PhD

Public Partnerships and Grants Specialist

Samson fosters external relationships and secures funding through grants and public opportunities.

He coordinates and manages grant applications from start to finish, working with department managers and directors, as well as external collaborators.

He is responsible for ensuring compliance with all grant requirements including approved disbursements, closeouts and reporting. Prior to joining SisterLove, he worked as Deputy Administrator of Finance for Clayton County Senior Services, Grant Coordinator for Forsyth County in Georgia, Director of Grant Services, City of Rochester and Director of Grants for Genesee Community College, Batavia, New York.

He was an adjunct professor of mathematics for 25 years at Monroe Community College. He has also written and been awarded several million-dollar grant proposals from federal, state, and local agencies and foundations, with over 10 years of experience as a Grant Application Peer Reviewer for the Federal Department of Labor (ETA) and the Federal Department of Education. Samson holds multiple degrees, including a BSc, an MPA in Business Administration (Accounting) and Public Administration, MsC in Adult Education, and PhD in Educational Leadership.
